Dark Chocolate Salted "Snickers"

These "Snickers" style bars are something I never get tired of!! This recipe includes only NATURAL ingredients and was created for Vegans as well as ANYONE who craves sweet candy bars, but doesn't want to feel the guilt!
Base Layer Ingredients:
10 Dates
3/4 cup (Gluten Free) Oats
1/2 cup Walnuts (any nut will work)
Pinch of Salt (adjust accordingly)
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
Middle Layer Ingredients:
1/2 cup Sun Butter (nut butter preference)
1/2 cup Agave Syrup or Honey
Pinch of Salt
1/4 cup peanuts (any nut will work)
Top Layer Ingredients:
80g 80% Cocoa
1/2 tbsp Coconut Oil
1tbsp Agave Syrup or Honey (optional)
Step-by-step:
1. Line a baking dish with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
2. Blend/ food process the dates, oats, nuts, salt and coconut oil.
3. Form in the bottom of dish.
4. Mix together the nut butter and agave syrup. Spread across base layer and top with peanuts(be sure to press slightly into base layer)
5. Add chocolate and coconut oil and microwave in 30 second increments until melted. Add agave to mixture(optional).
6. Spread across peanut butter layer.
7. Freeze 20 minutes, or as long as your patience will allow for!
