AMRAP - As Many Rounds/ Reps As Possible

AMRAP workouts are a form of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). The AMRAP acronym stands for As Many Reps/Rounds As Possible.


How does AMRAP training work?

In general, HIIT is a great tool if you're trying to reach your fat loss goals. But if you really want to turn it up, AMRAP workouts are a better option! You can base your workouts around the amount of time you have available, but keep in mind, the amount of time the workout consists of is going to determine wether you target cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, or both!


Just like with everything "fitness", if you push your body to it's limits, you will achieve the best results. This means using every last bit of gas in your tank!

20 Kettlebell Swing

10 Alternating Lunge w/ dumbbells

5 Pushup
